The cost of delivery is included in the price that is advertised on the website. UK mainland deliveries are sent via Overnight couriers (except for items in the 'Spares' categories- see below), all endeavours will be made to ensure that items are delivered before 4pm the following day (excluding Saturday). Payment must be received and approved by 2.30pm Monday to Friday to ensure next day delivery. (Saturday delivery is not included) After this time we will endeavour to get the item dispatched, but this cannot be guaranteed. Items in the 'Spares' category, will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post, unless multiple purchases are made, in which case they will be sent via overnight courier. If you wish for single items to be sent via overnight courier, please select the appropriate shipping option.
When items are sent via courier delivery, is delivery is not successful and the parcel is returned to us (usually after four or five delivery attempts) you have the choice to request a refund minus the carriage cost both ways, or request a redelivery but we will not provide free delivery.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered as soon as possible after we have verified the availability of goods, your billing address and all card fraud checks have been cleared. If your order has not been delivered within the timeframe specified at point of your confirmation email, we will aim to rectify the situation as quickly and as practically possible.

Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will also make sure we inform you as soon as possible if any products you ordered turn out to be unavailable.

Passing of property and risk
Entitlement to the products is passed to you on the date we receive full payment for the products ordered. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert to APC Distributor if we refund any such payment to you. Once a product has been delivered to and received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of the product shall pass to you.
Liability of returned goods shall remain with you until we receive them.

Tax, Customs and Duty
All prices indicated for UK and EC customers on our site are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT), currently set at 20%. Changes in VAT will be taken into account and may alter prices shown online for UK and EC customers. All prices indicated for Rest of World customers on our site are exclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT).

All countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning product prices are displayed exclusive of all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the delivery destination country. As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country being shipped to, payment on these is necessary in order to release your order from customs on arrival. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay.

If you are buying from outside the UK, you may also incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. Delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of your order. The exact delivery charges for your specific order will be listed at the end of the online checkout process before you submit your order.


At APC Distributor we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service.
Whilst hoping that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will gladly offer you a full refund. We must however stress that in order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be unused & unfitted and in perfect condition, with all security tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Items will be sent with a special security sticker that when removed will leave no residue or mark on the tap. Once removed it is not possible to replace. This ensures that items have not been previously fitted, and when items are returned, they must be sent with this seal fully intact, or a refund will not be provided. Each seal is supplied with a unique identifier code that will be printed on the box you receive.

Please note: goods purchased online can only be accepted as returns via our Online Store and will not be refunded at our headquarters. All returns, whether for products sold at full price or sale price, must be arranged through our website.

Payment for returns is the responsibility of the customer, and goods may be sent via Courier or Royal Mail, but must be trackable and insured. Products are the responsibility of the customer until received by APC Distributor Ltd, and if mislaid or damaged in transit, APC Distributor Ltd will not be responsible for covering the cost of replacing or refunding the item.

All Returns Requests are to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order. We recommend that you ensure all the items you wish to return are included in one return delivery. Subsequent returns for the same order will be accepted.All return delivery charges are be the responsibility of the customer. Please note, upon receipt of your Returns Number, you will have 3 days to dispatch your returns shipment.

UK Residents returns

If you wish to return any goods, please initiate your online request within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please select the "contact us" form, supply us with your name and address, email, item purchased,and reason for return.
Submit your Returns Request and wait for a confirmation email, restating a summary of the items being returned, and your individual returns form. This form MUST be included with your return, without it, your return cannot be processed. Please return all items to:

Until returns arrive back to APC Distributor, you are responsible for any losses or damages incurred.

We strive to arrange for your refund within 14 days of the date of receiving the goods. It is advised that all goods are sent via trackable services. Until received, all goods are the purchasers responsibility and no responsibility will be taken by APC Distributor ltd for any damage incurred during shipping. If items are non trackable and do not arrive at APC Distributor ltd, we cannot process a refund unless proof of delivery can be procured. All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Faulty Goods
APC Distributor Ltd prides itself on outstanding quality and design. We have an especially dedicated team who regularly conducts quality checks of stock and verify the good condition of products. Each item is individually checked before dispatch. If you for some reason suspect that you have received a faulty product, we are very keen to have a look at it ourselves. Please therefore return your product in the same way as stated above, so that we can assess, and if proven flawed, we will refund your card the full amount paid at purchase. In addition to this, we will refund the return postage. If an item is not considered to be faulty, we will review on an individual basis. We cannot be held responsible for any faults or damage that are incurred once goods are received, or during fitting, whether carried out by a qualified plumber or not.

Product Care
Special care has been taken in assuring that all products on our website matches the real product colour as accurately as possible.

Please follow all instructions when fitting the product, where due care has not been taken, and any instructions supplied have not been followed, any warranty will be void, and APC Distributor Ltd will be not be required to refund or replace the item at our cost.
